  • Ochota personálu, vždy se snažili vše vyřešit ve prospěch klienta.

  • Rezervaci jsem prováděla přeš Hotel.cz, nebyla jsem upozorněna na invalidní pokoj, nabízena cena byla bez snídaně, pokoj byl hned nad recepcí, kde byl hluk z hlavní ulice. Invalidní pokoj bez klimatizace a bez služby možnosti parkování. Na snídani si vybere každý, ale nechápu proč personál v kuchyni půlí rohlíky.......

  • Dobré snídaně formou švédského stolu, parkování přímo před hotelem, cca 500 metrů je wellness centrum Laguna, personál příjemný a ochotný. Příznivá cena odpovídá kvalitě nabízených služeb a hotel bychom určitě doporučili.

  • V televizi pouze asi 7 programů... chybí ČT 24... pro manžela šok ...
